National Assembly Workers Begin Their 4-Days Warning Strike
National Assembly Workers Fulfill Threats
Workers of the National Assembly have on Monday 17 December began their four days warning strike.
This is following earlier threats by the workers under the Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria(PASAN), due to poor conditions of service and unmet demands.
The workers reportedly stormed the entrances to the National Assembly complex in the early hours of Monday, December 17, to barricade the gates and prevent entry.
After a meeting, the association had given the National Assembly management two weeks to address the issues raised or it would embark on the indefinite strike on December 14.
