Man Cries Out As His Mother Gets Only ₦5000 From His Sister’s ₦300,000 Bride Price

A Nigerian man has lamented on social media after his mother got N5,000 from her sister’s N300,000 bride price money.

A man has lashed out at his village elders for benefitting from his sister’s bride price.

 

Taking to Twitter, the Nigerian man with the handle, @chuka_emordi called for the dismantling of misogyny.

 

He lamented that the mother got a mere N5,000 from N300,000 paid as his sister’s bride price.

 

According to him, the elders he’s never seen in his life took the rest of the money.
